We bring the farm to you- with all its flavors, tropical fruits, variety of citrus, edible flowers and organic herbs. You can have it all, a bar and island fresh flavors brought to you from the SOURCE. We are unique, original & sassy :) We are also a women owned business/ LGBTQ owned, local and more :)

About us: Gazoz is a local bar service on Oahu & Kauai that specializes in craft cocktails & mocktails with a focus on 'Farm-to-Cup', which is very similar to "farm to table", just with mocktails and cocktails! Prior to every event, our team will harvests fresh herbs and edible flowers from the different farms around the island and source local and exotic seasonal fruits from the farmers. These fruits, crafted simples and shrubs, along with fresh organic herbs and edible flowers create a mixology of aromas and flavors- “Gazoz”- a fizzy, fruity & fresh drink, making it the perfect drink all year round. Our drinks are a celebration of seasonal ingredients and brighten any day- rain or shine.
The Gazoz team is committed to delivering personalized and professional service catered to you. Whether you choose our Vintage Horse Trailer Bar ‘Auntie Sue’ or our beautiful handmade Redwood Bar ‘Uncle Ed' for a stunning rustic country feel. Each comes with freshly picked local flowers and harvested herbs. Gazoz team strives to make a big impact on your wedding day by making the our bar set up detailed with beauty and a sense of abundance. Our set up is memorable, beautiful, unique and custom curated as possible.
Gazoz does not provide alcohol, however we can serve it and we will be working with you on a menu and shopping list. Once inquiring we will send you our menu options and our suggested craft cocktails/ mocktails. Our events always strive to be ocean and environmentally friendly by reducing the use of plastics and working with local products and organic produce as much as possible.
Private Events:
We add so much beauty and uniqueness to every event we do! We LOVE being a part of Weddings, Graduation parties, Baby Showers, Bachelorette Parties, Baby Luau’s, Corporate events, Birthday Parties, Holiday Parties, any special event that is special to you… will also be special to us!
When booking you can chose from ‘Uncle Ed’- our Rustic Redwood Bar, or ‘Auntie Sue’- our Vintage Horse Trailer Bar. Both are designed beautifully with so character to light up any occasion.
We are happy to cater to any ideas or needs while always having a smile on and assuring a fresh supply of fruits, herbs, and edible flowers.
