'FARM TO CUP' MENU

Similar to Farm to Table, but with cocktails and mocktails :) ‘Farm To Cup’ craft cocktails are made with fresh tropical and citrus fruits from farms around the island. Prior to every event, our team goes out to visit different farmHers and source from them organic herbs and edible flowers- in the Pua Hana Menu you can be sure that your craft cocktails will be garnished with heaps of edible flowers, after all Pua means flower :).

Our 'Farm To Cup' menu has something for everyone: from favorites like Pineapple Lilikoi Fizz, to tropical Mojitos, to signature whisky Old Fashions & mango Margaritas. If you don't see your favorite drink on our menu, just let us know, and we'll create it for you!

What makes us GAZOZ is our bubbles! Always Fruity Fizzy Fresh :)

 Vodka

Pineapple Lilikoi Fizz with fresh cut pineapples & bubbles (famous for this one!)

Sunset Fizz with mango, lilikoi, pineapple & bubbles

Moscow Mule with fresh ginger and lime juice + slice & bubbles  

Mana Mule: fresh pineapple juice, ginger simple & bubbles  

Hibiss-KISS with hibiscus simple & lemon juice 

Lychee Martini 

Lavender lemon Martini 

Lavender lemon Fizz with sparking water, vodka and a slice of lemon

Dragonfruit lemon mojito with muddled mint and limes (most famous drink of ours!)

Lilikoi lemon mojito muddled with organic mint and limes

Strawberry/ Pineapple Mojito with organic mint and muddled limes

Mai Tai with fresh squeezed lime juice and pineapple juice 

Pineapple Princess: fresh pineapple juice, cream of coco & Koloa coconut rum

Hawaiian rush: A mix of Mango Pineaplple & Lilikoi

Lilikoi Caipirinha with mint, lemon lime caipirinha

Tom Collins with fresh lemon simple and calamansi

Pink Gin & Tonic with Angostura bitters and orange

Lavender Gin & Tonic with a dehydrated lemon

Elderflower simple Gin & Tonic with lemon and elderflower blossom elderflower lique

Whiskey

 A variety of Signature Old Fashions:

Orange Blossom old fashion with dehydrated lemon slice (most famous)

Pineapple old fashion / hibiscus  

Whisky sours with dehydrated lemon slice

Whisky Mule with fresh ginger

Whisky mule with a Hawaiian twist: fresh ginger, splash of sparking water and dehydrated pineapple

 We do not provide alcohol. We do provide a shopping list and tailored and printed menu. 2-3 months prior to the event date we will send out another menu with a questionnaire for you to fill out and share with us. This will help guide us to create the perfect bar flow for you, your family and friends. This menu is just our favorite go tos -If you don’t see a drink you want, let us know and we can create it for you!
